Expert Level Experience Transfer and Supervision (ELETS) Project is to develop methods that will allow to discover the automated knowledge from skilled personnel which is normally acquired over a long period of time then transfer it to the inexperienced ones. Project also covers the evaluation of the visual skills that are required by the position.
